I’m a registered Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals through challenges like anxiety, low mood, stress, emotion regulation, and identity-related concerns. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered.
My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. As a first-generation Tamil Canadian with lived experience of migration and war, I understand the weight of intergenerational trauma, displacement, and navigating multiple identities. I bring this awareness into our work together—with empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion.
